Editorial Standards

This page explains how the articles on IM65 are made, who is responsible for them, and what each byline means.

It describes the real production process: facts are grounded in primary government sources — CMS.gov and data.cms.gov, the Federal Register, the U.S. Census Bureau, and official carrier filings — and figures such as premiums, deductibles and out-of-pocket caps come from a verified data table updated from CMS publications rather than from a language model's memory. Aggregator and competitor broker sites are not cited. Articles are researched and drafted with AI assistance, then screened by an automated quality gate that checks them against the current year's official figures and blocks unsupported claims and invented statistics. A draft that fails stays unpublished until a person reviews it.

The page also defines three bylines — IM65 Editorial Team, Reviewed by a named person, and clearly labelled featured advisor content — states that IM65 treats blog content as insurance advertising under Florida law, and shows the Medicare disclaimer that runs across the site.

It asks nothing of you. There is no form and no sign-in.

What it will not do: it is not advice about your own coverage, it does not name plans for you, and it makes no promise of savings.

If you think an article is wrong, use the contact page and include the article's address; corrections are made in place. For a question about your own situation, speak with a licensed advisor.
